Hands down the best event company I have EVER worked with! We got married in November of 2023. We chose a very rural church venue, and decided to do a tent reception on a family property. After a little research, I stumbled upon North Texas Event Rentals. From my first “cold call” to ask if it was even feasible, to them going above and beyond to make sure the tent was perfectly set-up, they have been knowledgable, accommodating, and professional.
During the planning process there were several set-backs; I ended up going from an estimated guest list of 150 to 250+ (whoops), the weather was wildly swinging from dry to wet in the month prior, and there were no direct electrical outlets near the area we wanted the tent. Tony with NTER handled all of my requests in stride, offering help and solutions wherever he could. Going so far as to set up our reception tent a day early to beat the rain that POURED the Thursday before our Saturday wedding! This is in addition to proving all of the tables and chairs. They were punctual, honest, and above all extremely professional in all of our interactions!
I felt like I took a bit of a leap of faith on this company with me having no prior tent event experience and them having limited photos/reviews at the time of enclosed, large, wedding reception.
